Winter is COLD…Let’s warm it up!

I know in some countries, it is very cold now. People start to hide themselves in many layers of clothes.
According to the season color trends for Fall/Winter 2010 – 2011, you have plenty of choices:
Prada Fall Winter 2010-2011
Chloe Fall Winter 2010-2011

from light, soft tone as camel, cappuccino, cream, oyster gray

AND of course, the hottest trend in the year still accompany us in Winter: animal printed fabric.
Lanvin Winter 2010 fox fur coat
Dolce Gabbana Winter 2011
Would like to introduce some more latest trends for this Winter. I know that you guys might be realize that something that is shining, glittering and shimmering won the game for Winter 2010, especially this Christmas.
Sequins everywhere…from the shoes, clutch to tops, bottoms…
Forever 21 sequin clutch
F21 sequin bag
Topshop sequin knicker
Victoria Secret Boots
Well, actually if you don’t like to be decorated by all those glittering things as a Christmas tree, woven fabric is the second best choice. The color black and white for woven fabric is extremely employed for this season. Hell! I don’t know why…Guess, it just make you shine in a gorgeous and luxurious way. :D

Charles and Keith woven tweed heels
This pattern is so popular that Takashimaya Singapore has been using it as the decoration. Well, I first looked at the woven tweed pattern things, they reminded me about Chanel’s favorite materials.

So…because I’ve not have the money yet to buy Chanel coat…and it’s HOT as hell in Singapore. I decided to buy a Aldo bag with this charming fabric.

Sensitive part of ART

WARNING:

Due to the nature of this article – kids below 18 are strictly recommended to read…Oh sorry! NOT to read!

Ok! So what the hell I gonna talk about? It’s about Nude, Sex, Porn…anything related to the human’s basic instinct.
Came across the news this morning, they mentioned something about Hugh Hefner, Playboy magazine’s founder, got engaged with his 24 year old girlfriend. Holly crap! He is just 84 this year…Such a “small gap” between those two love birds. But, I think: “Love is blind?” OR “Money is the key?”
Whatever! I don’t care. However, I got curious to review his life and his entire career. What makes a grandpa be that horny (he can have sex average 3 times per week and weekends are the most busy days) at this age and so many chics chasing after him?! And amazingly he got certain influences to the entertainment industry including art field…even fashion industry!!!
You want to know details about his girlfriends list?…here is the link: Who is Hugh Hefner dating?

Playboy: As a sexual appetite revolution?!

Alright! So Playboy magazine was born in 1953 by Hugh Hefner and it became a revolutionary about sex and nude. I’ve never read this magazine before, but according to my research the materials inside Playboy are about sex life, sex secrets of celebrities, sex tips, etc…and of course HOT NUDE GIRLS pictures including those female celebrities or famous models.  The magazine has been so successful that it starts to appear all over the world as Vogue. In the below video clip, he shares his ideas about sex changes dramatically throughout his life time. Obviously, thanks to his efforts…nowadays, sex is really ZERO in US, other western countries, and also some countries in Asia.
Even he assesses himself as in the angle side, his industry and those people who have the same mindset as Hugh Hefner – despite it has not been purposely supporting the development of pornography as he says – consider women as the SEX OBJECT. Uh oh! So SEX OBJECT is what the angles categorize women in. LoL! Grandpa! You are very humor.

Let me see…so if Hugh Hefner is in the angel side. That means people who are trying to protect women out of those dirty industry are demons?!

SEX makes the fashion industry be more interesting.

Come back to real life, why do I say that Hugh Hefner affects the art field and even the fashion industry? Because those women who are willing to nude in front of the camera get more money than when they do normal photography or movie. Money distorts the art…I hate to say that; nevertheless, it’s true.
Google the Playboy on the internet, you will hardly find some artistic pictures of a nude woman in that magazine. I did try very hard to find a beautiful artistic cover which was from Playboy Italy.
Playboy Magazine Italy cover Jul/Aug 2010
Playboy Magazine Serbia cover Nov 2010
Playboy Spain cover May 2007

The rest that I saw…was so like a piece of porn picture that helps the men turn on or sometimes “Satisfy” without their female partners.

They use the camera just to shoot beautiful parts of woman body in an extremely horny way. I don’t know about men much…but those frames make men’s sex life better? Or you will just keep dreaming about having sex with those hottest girls in this world instead of your wife?!  Ladies, cross your fingers when you are waiting for his answer :D .
The mindset changes, the trend also changes. Female models and female celebrities nowadays get addicted to the term called “sex appeal”. They would do everything (plastic surgery) to look sexier, hotter and to become sex bomb. I guess that’s why they like to strip and to reveal their flesh as more as possible. Oooosshhh!
Rihanna - well, I think this picture of Rihanna should be in Playboy magazine. Do you think so?
Miley Cyrus who has the WILD set in her DNA
Lady Gaga with tape on her tits
Katy Perry

Here you go…Those celebrities create new fashion trends, they become trend setters: sheer clothes, short pants (those look like underwear), wearing only bra as the top or not wearing bra at all…blah, blah, blah! You name it.
However, that’s not totally bad anyway. At least, it creates jobs for paparazzi and we have hot news to read every single day :D . And thanks all of you, celebrities as well as designers, now we can wear bra or may be NOT and underwear run around the street just like the old days (when we were kids).
Lindsay Lohan without bra

Oh yah! Just wanna add on one thing. I don’t like Hugh Hefner’s style.

Yah! I mean the silky pyjamas style. Gosh! Make him look really……………SICK!

Main areas in Modeling Industry

This note is created to help those who interested in being a model or working in modeling industry.

I feel sad that majority thinks that Model is a easy job...and Models are all those kinky and empty brain :((. Oh man! That's hurt! I'm not a model but I know how tough this job is. They may not have the knowledge in politics, economics, or others...but at least they know about health, social, beauty, and importantly Fashion or Art world.
Well, if people respect Doctors because they save our life; Lawyers and Police because they fight for rights (well not REALLY in all cases :D ); Teachers because they give us knowledge...so Please appreciate Models because without them you will know how beautiful and meaningful your ASSETS (garments, accessories, cars, electronics, etc) is! Agree? Please say YES!
Basically, in the modeling industry there are many types of models. However, I would like to summarize the main areas for you guys to have the general ideas of what the industry concludes. This is very significant for you so as to select the right sit fitted with your criteria or conditions.

1. High Fashion

In this area, the model needs to fulfill very strict requirements from the industry. A high fashion model can transform to be commercial model, glamor model, etc. These models are there to promote or introduce products or some particular trends; they are not necessary required to convince the customers to buy the products.

You can look through the pictures of :
Famous female fashion model: Cindy Crawford, Gisele Bundchen, Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova
Famous male fashion model: Jason Shaw, Marcus Schenkenberg, Travis Fimmel
Your works as a high fashion model are to do runway (fashion show), photograph for fashion brand catalogs (garments, accessories, etc) or produce picture for a particular publication, magazine, book.

Since this job is very attractive; and the earning is also higher than other types, the entrance is very narrow. It means you have to satisfy all of the below criteria.

Face look: strong bone structure (jaw and cheek bone), have a certain unique or special feature, a frigid/ fierce face.

Height: Female from and above 1.75m (5'9"); Male from and above 1.87 (6'2")

Weight: Female under 68 kg (150lbs); Male under 82kg (180lbs)

(Note that this weight estimation is suitable with the above height in term of BMI, but in real life the model - especially female - is required not to be over 60kg (130lbs) :( )

Petite model: Well! It's very hard to find a tall person which has all the conditions to be a fashion model. So, the term of Petite Model was born for someone who is under the above height. The industry creates a chance for them to shine as well :)

NOTE: You need to have strong charisma, personality, HEALTH and of course STRICT diet menu + exercise routine :D

2. Commercial

Lancome ads 2011
If you want to be commercial model, you will be engaged in advertisements, TV shows or other channels which the employers using to advertise the products with the purposes of selling them out.The products are vary. They can be clothes, shoes...or car, electronics, etc.
So what are the requirements?

Face look: friendly face which a beautiful smile in order to convince the customers to buy the products.

Height: Female from 1.67 (5'6"); Male from 1.80 (5'11")

Weight: depends on the advertisements' requirements.

3. Glamor/ Boudoir or Art

Plus size model: Lizzie Miller
In this area, the model is required to show off the beautiful of her or his own body...I mean! The very natural beauty so called "Edam and Eva" :)
Sometimes, they need models to wear the lingerie (underwear, bra), swimming suits for a particular advertisement such as: for Victory Secret and other lingerie brands;  or totally naked to make photograph or painting for the purpose of Art.
The requirements are not very strict. It very much depends on the favorite of employers and the artists hired you.

4. Specialty

Beauty shot or Head shot: introduce the makeup trend
Model: Anna Zajakovski with beauty shot

Model who is categorized as specialty model...means she or he just need to show a particular body part in the photos or advertisements. Such as: beauty of the face, hand, leg, feet, etc.

Again, you don't need to have a perfect body from head to toe. You just need to have a certain part be beautiful.
